This tool was developed to convert a list of p-values into z-scores. Show more
The input p-values are assumed to be cumulative probabilities.

This tool was initially developed to supplement DESeq differential expression analyses,
where the end-user can copy/paste p-values produced by DESeq (described in this
protocol).
Additionally, the user can supply a tab-delimited list of sign values (log2FoldChange column)
and p-values. The sign values are useful for taking into account whether the change in
differential expression was an increase or decrease, since p-values are always between 0-1.
